"Well Miracle PC saved the day once again. Rob was awesome. The hard drive I had Dell install under warranty went bad again and Rob confirmed the diagnosis. He even called Dell to see if they would cover it, they said no. Rob suggested a solid state hard drive and he got it ordered and installed. Still cheaper than the extended warranty from Dell. If you are not 100% satisfied with our services, than neither are we! We have a 30 day warranty on all of our services and a 90 day warranty on all parts purchased and installed by us. If any problems arise, we will work diligently to resolve the problem as quickly as possible!!!
