  • Do I need an appointment?

    • For our Remote, Onsite, and Pickup & Delivery Services you do need to call us to schedule an appointment.                                                                                                                                                       

  • Do you charge a fee for diagnostics?

    • Yes, each device that is checked-in for diagnostics/repair is subject to a *$40 diagnostic fee that is due upon check-in. Should you choose to have the device repaired with us, the diagnostic fee you paid upon check-in will be applied towards the total repair costs! And if you choose not to repair the device after diagnostics have been performed, you will only be charged for the diagnostic fee that you paid upon check-in and will be free to either pick up the device or have us recycle it for you at no additional cost to you. 
      *An additional $29 disassembly fee is added to the normal $40 diagnostic fee for hardware diagnostics of Laptops & All-In-Ones.             

  • Will you advise me on whether or not to repair a device?

    • Yes! We will tell you if something is not worth fixing! We know how frustrating it can be to put too much money into something so if we think the repair costs are going to exceed the worth of the device, we will tell you!                                                                                                                                                                     

  • Will you call me if the repair is going to exceed the amount that I initially approved?

    • Of course! You will always be contacted prior to repair if the repair cost is going to exceed the amount you pre-approved! Furthermore, if at that time you choose not to have the device repaired then you will only be charged for diagnostics.                                                                                                                                      

  • How long will it take to repair my device?

    • Repair times vary depending on the service being performed and what is already checked in the shop. When you drop off your PC just ask us and we can tell you the anticipated repair time.                                      

  • Can you pick up my device for repair and then deliver it back to me when it is done?

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    • We accept cash, check, debit card, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).                                                                                                                                                             

  • Do you warranty your work?

    • Absolutely! If you are not 100% satisfied with our services, then neither are we! We have a 30-day warranty on all of our services and a 90-day warranty on all parts purchased and installed by us. If any problems arise, we will work diligently to resolve the problem as quickly as possible!!!
