Remote Services 

   Our remote services are just a phone call away! If you are unsure if the service you require is available to be done remotely, give us a call and we would be happy to help you determine which service option is best for your particular issue! Look below to see a list of our most commonly performed remote services.

Our Process for Remote Services: 

  1. Start by giving us a call at 720-475-0808 and scheduling an appointment with one of our techs! You will be greeted with a friendly member of our team that will be happy to assist you with scheduling an appointment for a remote session!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

  2. We schedule remote appointments Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm. Appointments are set up with a 1 Hour call window in which a tech will reach you to begin the remote session.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

  3. At the time of the appointment, the tech will call and walk you step by step through the remote connection process.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

  4. Once connected, the team member will take control of your PC, assess the issues, and implement the repairs. During this process, you will be able to see everything they are doing and will have the option of either staying on the phone with them while they work, or disconnecting from the call and allowing them to fix your PC while you go on about your day! (We do request you stay around your house during the session in case there are issues with the connection or any additional questions that come up).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

  5. The team member can also take the time to answer any questions you may have regarding every aspect of your computing needs.

Computer Repair
Virus Removal + Tune-Up

   This service includes minor hardware and software diagnostics and repair. If extensive repairs are necessary we will request to take the unit to the shop to perform the repairs. If repair costs are going to exceed the pre-approved repair amount, you will be notified of the additional costs prior to proceeding with the repair.

Software & Email Installation/Repair

   We can install new software on your computer and/or help resolve installation issues or conflicts with your existing software. We also offer email setup and troubleshooting to help you can stay connected as easily as possible.

   With this service, we will perform a thorough scan on your system and remove any viruses, malware, adware, spyware, and trojans. Then we will perform a full tune-up and optimize your computer to get the best performance possible out of it! We will run full diagnostics on your system and repair any operating system errors found. We will run clean-up utilities; clean-up the start-up menu, temporary files, and registry; remove unnecessary add-ons and programs; install Operating System Updates; and ensure you have an active AntiVirus on your system. 

Security

   We can put a security plan in place including password protection, backups, and limiting access to specific folders/files. We can also help you streamline your current security setup to implement the best possible security policies.

PC Customization

   We can help customize your computer so it is setup just the way you like it! This includes, but is not limited to, installing and setting up web browsers, bookmarks, printers, software, and email.
