Getting Connected: Connection 2

  1. When instructed by the Miracle-PC Remote Tech click on the button above.                                                                                        

  2. Click on the large green button that says "Start Support Session".                                                                                                      

  3. A file will then be downloaded to your computer entitled "Techinline Client.exe".                                                                        

  4. Follow the prompts to install the file.                                                                                    

  5. A box will then pop up with a 6 digit Client ID #. You will then tell the Client ID to the Miracle-PC tech on the phone.                                                                                              

  6. At this point, the tech will have access to your PC and can control it for the remainder of the remote session. 

 

*Please note that once a remote session is closed the tech will no longer have access to your PC and must repeat the above process to gain access again! 

  1. When instructed by the Miracle-PC Remote Tech click on the button above.                                                                                            

  2. A page will load entitled "Screen Connect". There will be a box in the center of the screen that says "Join with a Code".                                                                                  

  3. Let the tech know when this page is loaded. When instructed by the tech enter the code the tech provides for you.                                                                                                  

  4. After entering the code a box will pop-up entitled "Join Session". Follow the instructions in the pop-up box to download and run the remote connect app.                                                                                        

  5. If the app is successfully installed a box will pop-up letting you know that you are successfully connected and the tech will have access to your PC to control it for the remainder of the remote session.
