In Home Services

Our team prides itself on being able to offer customer customized services right in your home! If you are unsure if we perform the service you require, or if it is available to be done at your home, give us a call and we would be happy to help you determine which service option is best for your particular issue! Our Process for In Home Services

  1. Start by giving us a call at 720-475-0808. You will be greeted with a friendly member of our team that will be happy to assist you with scheduling an appointment for a tech to come to your home! We will ask you to provide your basic contact information and the nature of the problem you are experiencing and the services you are needing.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

  2. The tech will then schedule you for the first available appointment. We schedule onsite appointments Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm and you will be given a 1 Hour Window in which the tech will arrive.                                                                                                                                                                                                          

  3. Upon arrival the tech will assess the situation and come up with the best solution to get you up and running as quickly as possible! They will consult with you on the repair throughout the process and answer any questions you may have regarding the solutions they are implementing.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

  4. Payment for services are due at the time of service. In House Services are billed at $99/Hour + Parts (if needed). 

 

*Minimum 1 hour charge.

**A minimal trip charge of $35 will apply for appointments lasting under 2 hours that are outside of a 10 mile radius from the MPC shop. 

Computer Repair

   This service includes minor hardware and software diagnostics and repair. If extensive repairs are necessary we will request to take the unit to the shop to performe the repairs. If repair costs are going to exceed the pre-approved repair amount, you will be notified of the additional costs prior to proceeding with the repair.

New Computer Setup

   With this service we will setup your new computer, connect it to your pre-existing wired/wireless network, and connect compatible peripheral devices (such as your monitor(s), speakers, docking station, and printer/scanner). We will also remove any unnecessary manufacture bloatware and transfer your *data (as able) from your old computer to your new one. 

 

*Note that the data transfer does not include programs/software. Programs/software will need to be installed by the customer. 

Security

   We can put a security plan in place including password protection, backups, and limiting access to specific folders/files. We can also help you streamline your current security setup to implement the best possible security policies.

Virus Removal + Tune-Up

    With this service we will perform a thorough scan on your system and remove any viruses, malware, adware, spyware, and trojans. Then we will perform a full tune-up and optimize your computer to get the best performance possible out of it! We will run full diagnostics on your system and repair any operating system errors found. We will run clean-up utilities; clean-up the start-up menu, temporary files, and registry; remove unnecessary add-ons and programs; install Operating System Updates; and ensure you have an active AntiVirus on your system. 

Software & Email Installation/Repair

   We can install new software on your computer and/or help resolve installation issues or conflicts with your existing software. We also offer email setup and troubleshooting to help you can stay connected as easily as possible.

Data Backup/Transfer

   Whether your computer is having problems and you need the data transferred or you just want to setup a scheduled backup on an external drive or setup an online backup, we can help! There is no limit to the amount of data we can help you backup and transfer.

Networking

   Do you have multiple computers and wish they could share information or peripheral devices such as a printer or internet connection? Or do you already have a network setup but it seems to have lost it’s connection? We can assist you with setting up a new network, adding devices to your current network, or troubleshooting issues you are having with your existing network. Just give us a call and set up an appointment!

Cabling

   Whether you want to install new, or expand/troubleshoot your current network cabling, we can help! Our team can run cabling, perform port terminations, and test functionality of the cabling/ports to make sure that everything is functioning as it should for your network!

Internet & Broadband Setup

   Tired of the support (or lack of support) you're getting from your internet provider, then give us a call and let us get you up and running. We can setup or troubleshoot your internet and broadband connection in your home or office. If troubleshooting is required we will talk to your internet provider for you and get the issue resolved quickly!
